Position Summary The 2018 Technical Writer Internship must be a highly\-motivated, self\-driven team player that has the ability to perform in a fast changing business environment\. The 2018 Technical Writer Internship reports to the Technical Writer Manager\. Responsibilities: * Research and support the development of technical manuals, publications, and logistics support documentation and logistics proposals\. * Review technical drawings in order to develop general information work packages, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, fault isolation procedures, remove and replace procedures, and supporting information work packages\. * Interpret technical manual development requirements and specifications to ensure contract compliance\. * Coordinates technical manual composition, editing, technical illustration development, quality control reviews, production, and delivery to ensure the accuracy, adequacy and specification compliance of each publication\. * Responsible for adhering to schedule deadlines and allocated budgets on assigned programs\. * Support in\-process review, final reviews, and review conferences with customers to monitor status of assigned programs\.
