**Summary of Experience** + Progressive experience in product or brand management. 5-7 years + Project leadership in a cross-functional environment. 5-7 years + MBA strongly preferred. **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree experience + 5 or more years of experience in a role leading brand management or product management 5 or more year(s) of experience in a role managing budgets + 5 or more years of experience in a role leading the development of new or existing products or strategies from conception to implementation + CPG or food & beverage and international experience preferred **Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Strong working knowledge in product development in the food and/or beverage industry. RTD and /or at home coffee product development preferred + Strong analytics and strategic thinking skills + Strong cross-cultural communication skills + Strong working knowledge of financial planning, supply chain and business partner management. + Ability to lead a team and influence peers, managers and direct reports across geographies + Ability to analyze business trends and financial metrics, including sales, return on investments, and profit and loss. + Must be able to work in a matrix environment, able to collaborate cross functionally, and be a strong team player. + Strong interpersonal skills. + Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Must be comfortable communicating with non-native English speakers. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. + Strong organizational and problem solving abilities. + Functions effectively with ambiguity. + Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
