This position will guarantee 22 hours per week, with a possibility to flex up as needed. e. Under direct supervision of the Site Manager: assist in the preparation and serving of nutritious, well balanced meals for senior clients and in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dish washing area. Under direct supervision of the Site Manager to coordinate and facilitate meal service for all corps programs and events as needed and/or instructed. Food preparation, serving of food and counting of meals as directed. Complete All Food Service Duties as assigned. Complete All Kitchen Duties as assigned. Observes all safety precautions and complies with all health and safety rules and procedures Serve the appropriate amount while using proper serving utensils Support Thanksgiving and Christmas Efforts (hours to increase during this time) Requirements Minimum High School graduate or equivalent. Prior experience working in an industrial kitchen, but not required. Experience in kitchen service and food preparation. Customer Service. Must have or be able to obtain Food Handler's Card. Proficiency level skill set in cooking and cleaning. Must be able to operate general/standard kitchen equipment. Detail orientated and Critical thinking skills. Strong use of the English language in verbal and written communication.
