Requisition Number 17-1445 Post Date 7/21/2017 Title Childcare Worker City Colorado Springs State CO Description Nursery Worker Part Time Colorado Springs, Colorado Scope of Position: The Salvation Army is seeking an individual for a part-time, hourly position as a Nursery Worker. This position will consist of taking care of children ages infant through 12 years of age during Sunday Church services and on Wednesday evenings in the Corps nursery. This position will prepare and implement activities that are age appropriate, will supervise children and provide constructive activities, maintain supplies and equipment, report statistics monthly, communicate effectively with parents and other duties as assigned. Requirements Position Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required ? Prior work/volunteer experience with children ? Pass local, state and federal background checks ? CPR certified or willing and able to become CPR certified once employed ? Ability to follow all Salvation Army Protecting the Mission policies regarding children and vulnerable adults ?
