Requisition Number 17-0773 Post Date 4/7/2017 Title Driver (Non-DOT) City Ogden State UT Description Driver/Sorter/Dock Ogden, UT SCOPE OF POSITION: Driver/Sorter/Dock person will be able to determine the condition and value of incoming donations. Will receive, sort, and display donations ready for sale. Will drive as determined necessary by Thrift Store Manager and or Corps Officer. Will be courteous in manner to the general public as he/she accepts donations. Responsible for keeping personal work area organized, clean, and safe. Will assist with preventative maintenance concerning assigned tools for this position. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Requirements Position Qualifications: ? In possession of a valid Utah Driver’s license and drive Salvation Army vehicles ? Minimally 21 years of age ? Knowledge concerning the proper handling of goods ? The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ? Ability to perform essential job functions ? Ability to understand and carry out instructions ? Present a neat appearance and a courteous manner to the general public ? Flexible and wiling to assist in other areas as directed by supervisor ?
