New hires will receive step increases progressively, starting Step 1 ($9.34 per Hour) and ending with Step 5 ($10.91 per Hour). Upon reemployment or reinstatement of a former Crafts and Trades employee, pay may be fixed at a rate for the appropriate grade that matches the rate paid in the previous position.
