These positions are Full-time (80 hours within a two week period). The LPN is a graduate of an approved school of practical nursing and is licensed to practice in the US and/or territories. The LPN provides nursing care requiring the application of basic knowledge of the biological, physical, behavioral, social and social sciences to groups and individuals. The Community Living Centers include traditional nursing units, hospice and skilled care, Medical Rehabilitation and dementia care. The Veteran population include: cancer, diabetes mellitus, COPD, CHF, CVA, liver disease, cardiac disease, AIDS, substance abuse, renal failure, dementia and other chronic problems needing long term care.
