Position Description *Fiserv Corporate Audit Services* *Position Description* *Vice President, Technology Audit* (Brookfield, WI or Alpharetta, GA) *Background* Fiserv Corporate Audit Services (CAS) team is seeking a VP, Technology Audit to lead strategic audit and advisory engagement focused on IT and cybersecurity for Fiserv’s commercial and corporate technology environments including product development, quality and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a highly qualified and technically proficient leader, who will stay abreast of Fiserv’s technology and business strategies, product roadmaps and regulatory expectations to confirm that CAS is engaged to drive value and enable growth for the business. This position will be based in Brookfield, WI or Alpharetta, GA and will report directly to the SVP Internal Audit. *Responsibilities* * Oversee a team (up to 12) of technology and cybersecurity audit professionals * Oversee the successful development and execution of an adaptive risk-based internal audit plan * Develop and maintain a technology and cybersecurity audit approach and framework in alignment with the overall CAS strategy * Represent CAS on enterprise level technology and security councils and committees including the Enterprise PCI Committee and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Council * Oversee a implementation of audit and security tools including associated enablement and automation * Promote thought leadership for new and innovative ideas of executing engagements to drive value and continuous improvements in the delivery of audit and advisory (consulting) services * Develop and foster constructive professional relationships with executive and business management * Work collaboratively with other CAS leaders and team members, Enterprise Risk & Resilience (ER&R), and Enterprise Technology Group (ETG) to enable and support effective audit and risk practices and programs throughout the enterprise * Work with the Federal Banking Agencies/FFIEC Central Points of Contact, as necessary and appropriate, to enable and support the examination process and help further enable a strong regulatory posture * Develop expert level knowledge of the business to enhance advisory opportunities and department value add * Maintain and support a high performance environment with an execution focus * Drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout Corporate Audit Services * Attract, develop and lead exceptional talent * Oversee and drive select internal improvement initiatives *Minimum Qualifications* Twelve or more years of financial technology or financial services experience with progressive leadership responsibilities, either in a Fortune 500 internal audit function or professional services firm A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Professional certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CPA, PMP, etc.) Prior supervisory experience Technical proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Network & Infrastructure Security Application Security, Information Security Frameworks and Standards (NIST, ISO, HIPAA/HITRUST) *Desired Qualifications:* MBA; Professional services experience, acquired from a Big 4 environment or highly regarded consulting firm; Financial technology or financial services audit, cybersecurity or risk experience, including working in highly regulated environments; Strong technology and cybersecurity acumen and aptitude *Personal Attributes/Qualities* Impeccable Integrity; Exceptional Professionalism; Executive Presence; Leader and Mentor; Consensus Builder; Strategic Thinker; Excellent Communication Skills, both oral and written; Credible and Trustworthy; Quality and Execution Focus; Sound Decision Making and Judgment; Change Agent; Resilient This position includes significant executive interface, and as such requires exceptional professional presence, communication and decision making skills. The Vice President, Technology Audit will be part of the Corporate Audit Services (CAS) leadership team and should have the potential to move into other leadership roles in CAS and throughout Fiserv. The selected candidate must be willing to travel up to 25%, primarily domestically, but also internationally as necessary. Travel will be managed to a level below 25% to the extent practicable.
