About the Job

### Description: Responsible for assisting guests with parking system by answering questions, providing guidance, and resolving any equipment-related challenges. * Monitor parking equipment to ensure consistent operation. * Troubleshoot equipment challenges that arise and promptly resolve any issues. * Interact with guests to answer questions, provide equipment assistance, and resolve any challenges that may arise regarding the parking system. * Communicate with Security and Hotel management and advise of any ongoing performance issues or guest-related service challenges. ### Requirements: * Must be able to stand, walk and move about for long periods of time both outdoors and indoors. * Must be able to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment. * Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses necessary to perform job *Department:* MS - Parking/Valet *Category:* Transportation / Valet *Position Code:* MSPAMPK00 *Shif:* Evenings *Status:* Part Time
