About the Job
Receptionist/Insurance clerk will have some experience in a dental office setting and is responsible for making a great first impression for office. Responsible for the coordination of schedule,collects patient personal and insurance ID's & patient information, makes sure that health history is up to date and complete and collects payments from patients. Answers phone, confirms appointments and informs patients of amount due for appointment if any, confirms insurances. Assists in treatment planning and is the back up for the check out desk and additional duties as assigned.
