Join Our Team: The Sales Analytics (SAI) team is part of the Consumer Insight, Measurement, & Analytics (CIMA) organization that enables data-driven and consumer-centric decision making through integrated, objective and actionable insights. **Responsibilities :** The role: Drive insight and analysis related to third party channels for The Walt Disney Company Theme Parks and Resort Segment that help influence sales recommendations and uncovers opportunities to grow revenue. The successful candidate will be able to deliver clear and actionable insights, build effective relationships, and be able to influence at senior levels of the organization. The role will primarily partner with Sales but also Revenue Management, Pricing, Legal, Operations and Finance to support decisions in the following areas: sales channel analytics and optimization, reporting, client and cast incentives, and industry trends. **Basic Qualifications :** What We’re Looking For: + Minimum five (5) years of experience in business consulting, analytics, and data mining, preferably within the travel/hospitality industry + Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations to senior executives + Strong influencing and negotiating skills + Demonstrated ability to quickly gain a conceptual understanding of a complex situation and establish immediate credibility + Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell simple, compelling stories to guide decision making + Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and changing priorities + Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis utilizing Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.), SAS or a similar program + High proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization program + Proven experience with data operations, as well as understanding and documenting complex data processes and flows **Preferred Qualifications :** How To Stand Out: + Experience with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Marketing, Finance, or Sales and Travel Operations + Proven marketing and sales analytical knowledge and abilities + Expertise working with reporting and data mining tools such as SAS, Teradata SQL, Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports + Knowledge of and experience with relational databases, online data management skills and data warehousing practices **Required Education :** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with concentration in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, Engineering, Operations Research, or similar discipline **Preferred Education :** + Master’s degree or equivalent experience with a concentration in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, Engineering, Operations Research, or similar discipline **Additional Information :** ©Disney is an equal opportunity employer.
