**Role:** **Client Services Manager** **Descriptionof Position:** The Client Services Manager is the first point of contact for customers and assists in all aspects of Client Services activities. The position reports to the Director, Client Services. Production Support is a key aspect of the job where strong problem solving coupled with extensive knowledge of technical tools provides the client with resolution in a timely manner. With so many tasks at hand, having a “get the job done” attitude and work ethic is a must. The position also involves implementation tasks requiring attention to planning, detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a focus on overcoming obstacles both internally and externally while meeting deadlines. **Responsibilities/Accountabilities** • Interfacing with the client to understand issues they are facing in their everyday use of the system. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently. • Take initiative to expand job knowledge and knowledge of the business in general. • Solving complex problems by collecting and interpreting data. • Working closely with other specialists to troubleshoot issues and implement configuration items including: application engineers, code developers, product managers, business analysts, quality assurance and network engineers. • Analyzing data to identify areas of oncoming trouble or opportunities for improvement. • Implementing configuration items, monitoring modifications and upgrades and troubleshooting existing processes. • Performing qualification and validation activities as needed to bring new / modified processes into production. • Present information and respond to questions from clients and employees. • Become an expert in application features and functionality. • Gather process data - analyze the data for process design improvements. • Work on multiple projects / enhancements / defects at one time. • Solve problems and deal with a variety of issues real time. • Define complex problems and situations clearly and objectively. • Readily identify subtle and obvious information needed to enhance decision making or problem solving effectiveness. • Apply sound logic and reasoning when analyzing information. • Consistently draw accurate conclusions from information. • Develop strong arguments for the support of ideas. • Contribute to organization success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team results. **Qualificationsand experience** + Minimum of a Bachelor or equivalent 4 year Technical degreerequired (i.e., Engineering, Math, Computer, other technical) + 3-5 years’ experience in software integration, project managementand applicable related field + Exposure to the financial services industry is an asset, but notrequired + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative togain knowledge of the role and company + Attention to detail and ability to adapt to fast paced environment + Ability to aggressively multi-task + Outstanding communication and organizational skills + Proven skills in process driven work environments + Demonstrated strong skills and a track record for sustainedmeasurement of program outcomes, ability to work independently and with andthrough others to achieved desired results. + Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with intranet systems + Experience working with application engineers/developers, QA andIT groups highly desired + Experience working with bond traders a plus **Aboutthe Company:** Tradeweb Markets builds and operates many of the world’s most efficient financial marketplaces, providing market participants with greater transparency and efficiency in fixed income and derivatives.
