Customer Solutions Manager Requisition Number: 6674 Company: Rexel Automation Area of Interest: Sales Position Type: Full Time - Regular City: Cheektowaga State: New York Work Hours: If no specific work hours enter TBD TBD Requirements & Qualifications: Requirements: · Presentation skills for both group and individual situations at all levels of internal and external customers. · Ability to identify customer needs, propose value added solutions and translate into Total Cost of Ownership savings to the customer. · Strong skill sets in digital communications and campaigns including social media and digital marketing platforms such as Marapost and Zift 123. · Ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse group of employees and customers. · Effective listening, communication, negotiation and consensus-building skills. · Leadership Skills. · Excellent skills of all components of Microsoft Office software suite. · A working knowledge of the Eclipse business system and Rexel’s digital channels to market including web shop and EDI. · A minimum of 50% of the time spent in a customer facing environment promoting Rexel WORKS and gathering customer feedback about our customer experience. Qualifications: · A four-year marketing or business degree or appropriate experience. · A proven record of being a contributor on a winning team. · Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing business landscape. · Ability to manage multiple projects. · Valid driver's license for Region of business operation with a good driving record. As a Customer Solutions Manager at Rexel, you’ll be working with our sales teams to expand our digital footprint and connectivity with customers. You will also be engaged in improving the customer experience through a variety of events and activities. Summary of Key Responsibilities: · Digital Adoption - Growth and Engagement of Employee and Customers o Lead the adoption of digital initiatives with both internal and external customers resulting in multi-channel customer growth, web utilization, customer EDI connectivity, and other Rexel digital initiatives. · Value Added Services o Lead in the education, deployment and success of our Value Added Services. These services, branded as Rexel WORKS, include but are not limited to Supply Chain Solutions, Total Cost of Ownership, Training and e-Solutions. · Commercial Event Coordination o Work with commercial and marketing team to coordinate the promotion, logistics and customer feedback for all Regional customer events. · Marketing o Coordinate with the Rexel marketing organization to develop and deliver quality digital campaigns that promote key business initiatives and commercial events. o Responsible for growth and health of regional customer database. o Assist with monthly customer newsletter articles, regional actions, and promotion of the newsletters · Improving the Customer Experience o Develop and maintain processes by which Rexel takes customer feedback, survey responses & concerns and translates them into collaborative actions towards improving the customer’s experience with Rexel. · Other duties, as assigned, to improve digital adoption and customer experience.
