Oversees the contract performance, marketing, and resource allocation within program. Also, responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by leading proposals. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related technical and management experience. Sponsorship is not available for this position.** ### Job Description * * * * The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating the management of all work performed under the contract. * He or She is ultimately responsible for coordinating the efforts of subcontractors, team members, vendors, etc. The Project Manager shall act as the central point of contact with customers and shall have the full authority and accountability to act for the performance of the required work and services. Additional Responsibilities of the PM include but are not limited to: * The ability to manage and mentor Site and Project Managers in disbursed locations within the United States. * Management of Government contracts including direct interaction with COTR/COR and other Government officials. * Development of program and project plans as well as project goals and objectives * Monitoring execution against plans; identifying risk and mitigation strategies and solutions; manage contract deliverables * The ability to perform contract management, project/task order management, coordination of resource needs, coordination with corporate resources and management * Direct financial, technical, and quality accountability for all work performed and deliverables. * Maintaining current revenue objectives as well as contribution to organic growth * Coordination of resources and project related tasks with functional manager within matrixed and projected environments * Contribution to division/company financial, goal, and growth objectives * Assist with related and other company proposal development * Establishing strategic relationships within the client space ### Must Haves/Required Selection Criteria * * * * PMP and ITIL Foundation certifications are required * 12+ years of IT Management experience with at least 8 years of Infrastructure and Help Desk Management experience * 7+ years of progressive program management experience * Contract and financial performance management of $50M+ contracts * Experience with Federal Government contracting and procurement * Superior planning, organization, analytical, and decision-making skills * Experience managing program scope, budget, schedule, and P&L; * 4-year degree in IT or Management disciplines * Experience managing remote teams disbursed throughout the US * Should have the ability to identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business * Earned Value Management (EVM) * The ability to work in stressful situations * The ability to adapt to working with diverse project groups and different client dynamics * US Citizenship or Green Card (US Citizen preferred) * Highly motivated, energetic, and objective oriented individual * Experience managing IDIQs and Task Orders * Excellent oral and written communication * The ability to work in a matrixed environment * Experience with subcontractor management ### Desired Selection Criteria * * * * Master's degree in a management principal * White Glove Service * USDA experience is HUGE PLUS * Experience with CMMI Level III or higher for Services is a PLUS *Location:* Chantilly, VA *Salary:* Negotiable
