Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics-CHLAApplyDepartment of Pediatrics-CHLALos Angeles, California The Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of the University of Southern California (USC) and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) in the Department of Pediatrics in the Division of Infectious Diseases, are actively seeking a full time faculty member for the position of Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics. The Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases within the Department of Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) and the University of Southern California (USC) seeks a full-time, academic, Pediatric Infectious Diseases board-certified or board-eligible professional to join our growing division as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics. + The successful candidate should be primarily focused on delivering advanced inpatient and outpatient clinical care and on training students, residents, and pediatric infectious diseases fellows.Some participation in hospital services such as infection prevention and/or antimicrobial stewardship, plus clinical research activities is also expected.Interest in establishing a new telemedicine service is a bonus. CHLA and USC offer a rich and diverse patient population and environment for multi-disciplinary collaborative research at all levels, including laboratory, translational, and clinical. Requirements include eligibility for a California medical license and American Board of Pediatrics certification/eligibility in Infectious Diseases. The salary and academic appointment through USC Keck School of Medicine would be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
