TruStile Doors, the nation's leading manufacturer of stile and rail architectural doors for the high-end residential and commercial segments is seeking 1st shift production employees. Work with a team of crafts people to manufacture the finest custom wood doors made in America.Responsibilities:The primary function of Production Workers is to add value to the product by performing assembly/production functions.This is achieved through utilizing hand tools, gluing processes and/or assembly fixtures.Equipment to be used can include, but is not limited to sanders, nail guns, power saws, hand tools, presses and clamps.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. At times the employee must continually lift 11-50-100lbs. The employee is occasionally required to lift 11-100lbs and frequently required to lift 21-50lbs. The employee must occasionally bend or stoop and kneel or crouch and push or pull, and at times do so frequently. The employee is occasionally required to climb, reach above shoulder and handle or grip, and at times do so frequently.
