Description **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports. * Review a variety of operating areas including Accounting, Payroll, Sales and Field. * Actively engage and work closely with colleagues to understand how Lacosta operates and where improvements can be made to support the company's business model. * Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement. * Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues. Position Requirements **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Associates degree, Bachelors a Plus * 2+ years experience working in a Services/Manufacturing/Job Costing environment. * Strong Excel experience * Working Knowledge of Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
