Under the supervision of a Unit Supervisor, the Resident Care Assistant contributes to the delivery of patient centered care. The Resident Care Assistant will provide all activities of daily living to the residents including but not limited to bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring residents, grooming, meal services, clean up, participate with rehabilitation and restorative needs, and conduct light housekeeping as needed. The Resident Care Assistant will also provide exceptional customer service and family support focusing on continued customer service for the residents, other staff members, and the families of residents.
