Description The Division of Pediatric Radiology at UPMC/University of Pittsburgh, one of the largest pediatric radiology services in the nation, is currently accepting applications for an Academic Pediatric Radiologist for our Pediatric Interventional Radiology service. Duties for this position will consist of a mix of clinical, teaching, and research responsibilities. Applicants must be board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology and be eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania. Pediatric Interventional Radiology fellowship training is also required. The Division, based out of the new Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, consists of highly-skilled, fellowship-trained pediatric radiologists who provide specialized imaging, diagnostic interpretation, and offer cutting-edge interventional procedures. Children’s, a 1.5 million-square-foot facility located in the Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh, has consistently appeared in U.S. News & World Report, as well as Child magazine’s pediatric hospital rankings. In addition to services at Children's, Division faculty also cover the neonates at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC, and provide general radiology services at Children's north, east and south ambulatory care centers.
