Preferred: Masters - degree in Health Administration or Business Administration Required: Valid Driver’s License *If driving Cone Health vehicle, must have 5 years of driving experience and MVR must be approved by Risk Management. ## Qualifications EXPERIENCE: Required: 3-5 years of progressively responsible management experience; 4-6 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Management systems Preferred: Enterprise Resource Management or Healthcare information systems experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: *Proven track record of of academic and/or professional success. * Strong communication skills both verbal and written, prioritization and follow up skills. *Strong analytical and decision making skills. Ability to probe for information about underlying needs of the organization and user community, which directly influences how the system will be built. *Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail. *Willingness to address issues and take ownership, knowing when and how to escalate issues. *Must work well under pressure and have the ability to effectively interface with multiple teams. *Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. *Sufficiently mobile to go to and from office to hospital and to other sites in the enterprise. *Communicate via telephone and other means such as fax and voice mail. * See computer screens and documents. Preferred: *Proven ability to work with business users to take requirements and translate them into functional applications *Analytic skills *Knowledge and understanding of business and financial applications *Requires proficiency in the use of a computer for tasks such as creating/evaluating workflow diagrams, testing, creating documentation, etc. *Working knowledge of Infor Lawson ERP systems. PATIENT POPULATION SERVED: Cone Health serves the following patient populations: Neonate (Pediatric (1 month to Adolescent (13 years to Adult (18 years to Geriatric (66 + years) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sedentary Work: * Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (up to 1/3 of the time) and/or; * A negligible amount of force frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. * Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. * Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. The position manages the design, development, staff resources, implementation, on-going support, and evaluation of the Enterprise Resource Planning information systems to support business processes. Synthesizes knowledge of computer systems and departmental workflow processes to collaboratively plan, implement, support and evaluate applications and systems. Establishes collaborative relationships between technical, business staff and end users and vendors, to identify opportunities to improve operational and service-related processes through leveraging information technology. MAJOR WORK ACTIVITIES: 1. PROJECTS: Coordinates project development, implementation, management and status reporting to address identified information needs. This includes the development and maintenance of project schedules as determined by organization direction, as well as the identifying, securing, developing and managing of necessary project team resources. Successfully completes assigned project leadership tasks on time. Project deliverables are accurate, complete and on scope, and customer expectations are met. Project status is communicated regularly and accurately. Resource needs are accurately identified, arranged and managed. 15% 2. Directs the development of implementation plans, reports on the status of projects and ensures accomplishment of assigned projects within defined timelines and budgets. 15% 3. Investigates and provides information on special projects, in order to assist management in decision making and project implementation. 15% 4. Supervises the Application Leads(s) and other team members in the business areas. 15% 5. Stays current on relevant industry, market & regulatory topics and issues in order to ensure that business area systems are up-to-date and accurately maintained. 15% 6. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Develops and manages relationships with a range of stakeholders which may include vendors, suppliers, contractors, Cone Health management, users, customers, other Management Systems areas, and industry groups. Effectively maintains and grows multiple, key internal and external relationships. Coordinates and communicates regularly with stakeholders. Successfully brokers, negotiates and resolves problems with stakeholders. 15% 7.
