**General Description** **Digital is at the heart of driving transformation and innovation across the firm’s web and mobile platforms, supporting our CCB and non-CCB partners alike. Within Digital, the Planning team is focused on supporting the framework and processes of the organization – establishing and maintaining discipline and consistency with how we operate internally and externally.** **As a member of the Digital Planning team, the** **Digital Portfolio Manager** **is responsible for administering and overseeing the definition of a six quarter program level portfolio for a set of Digital products. Responsibilities also include defining the portfolio demand at the project level with a crisp focus on ensuring funding, capacity, readiness, and clear project definition. This requires close collaboration with the Digital Product, LOB Demand Management and IT Demand Management teams to a) understand the business demand b) guide the execution of budget roadmap definition and project portfolio definition c) support the intake processes and d) maintain visibility into the health of the portfolio.** **Responsibilities:** + **Partnering with product and IT to execute the Budget Roadmap Plan refresh cycle** + **Become subject matter expert on CCB planning process and associated use cases** + **Be familiar with key characteristics of assigned Digital portfolio, including budget, strategy, priority and key stakeholders.** **·** **Partnering with Product across various portfolios to help drive concept readiness, artifact quality, business prioritization, and budget normalization** **·** **Serving as a single point of contact for the assigned portfolios and status/issue management of all efforts therein** **·** **Consistently managing to CCB and Digital processes and expectations in a timely manner** **·** **Supporting all Digital Intake activities including artifact quality review and weekly forums to review all Digital-impacting efforts** **·** **Partnering with Digital Intake, IT Demand, and PMO teams to synthesize information from multiple sources into meaningful book of work and roadmap updates** **·** **Partnering with Digital Intake and PMO to lock and communicate release scope** **·** **Regularly evaluating data, forums and processes to identify gaps, challenges, updates or areas of improvement that need to be addressed and partnering with appropriate stakeholders to drive necessary changes to successful closure** **·** **Pulling data, as requested by management, for the purposes of Executive Reporting** + **Creating quality reporting from existing data sources via queries and pivot tables** **Qualifications** · Demonstrated effectiveness developing plans, prioritizing activities and driving execution · Strong analytic skills, including the ability to synthesize information into key messages and to critically evaluate processes to develop sound recommendations for improvements · Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information · Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously · Experience working in a fast-paced environment ensuring timely intake and handoff of critical business information · Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes · Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business priorities · Strong work ethic and desire to learn continuously · Expert in PowerPoint and proficiency with Word and Excel · Minimum BS or equivalent level of education/experience required CCBD JPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Disability/Veteran.
