Our Asset & Wealth Management Risk and Control Managers are technology risk specialists who support the management and execution of our internal controls programs. We are seeking a technologist with demonstrated below skills sets. Responsibilities: + Assimilate quickly into a fast paced delivery team. + Leverage technical skills to develop creative solutions to systemic issues. + Perform detail oriented work. + Strong desire to learn and build on current skill sets. + Develop and automate business processes. + Perform process re-engineering as needed. + Question the status quo as appropriate. + Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet tight timelines. + Ability to adapt to changing business priorities; flexibility is key. •2+ years in project management or similar experience •Minimum 3+ years of experience in Application development with Java & J2EE technologies. •Good understanding Object oriented design methodologies. •Expertise on writing PL/SQL or SQL scripts. Must be able to write stored procedures, triggers, functions, and tables. •Aware of database concepts and used any relational databases like Oracle/DB2/SQL Server. •Knowledge of XML, web services. •Baseline understanding of infrastructure. •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. •Skilled in problem solving and analytical reasoning. •Interest in developing project management skillset. •Very good data analysis skills. •Ability to write Excel macro preferred. •ETL tools or other reporting tools preferred.
