The position identifies, prepares, presents and/or arranges presenter\(s\) for the training and development programs that are needed for the community\. **Job Requirement** Qualified applicants will be graduates from accredited schools of nursing for Registered Nurses and possess current state RN licensure and CPR/AED certification\. 3\+ years of experience working with the senior population and knowledge of regulatory compliance and continuing care retirement community operations; prior staff development or program development experience preferred\. All applicants must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous and customer\-centric approach to problem\-solving and goal\-setting\.
